Our Vision is to grow prosperity in community and industry while protecting Mother Earth.

We respect and commit to meaningful consultation, strengthening communities and cultures, and sensitivity to economic realities. FFES works collaboratively with industry sectors, Indigenous communities, and innovative partners to develop practical conservation solutions. We strive to utilize groundbreaking technologies and creativity to craft solutions that positively impact all communities and the earth. Collectively we can preserve, change, protect, and influence communities and the land they reside on.

Our Mission lies within the Seven Generation Mentality to better the planet we live upon and build a better future for generations to come.

FFES conducts its business on Mother Earths' 4 Elements "Air, Earth, Fire, and Water”. Today's decisions should result in a sustainable world for Seven Generations into the Future. " FFES seeks out cutting-edge technology to generate Green and Blue Energy. We intend to protect Mother Earth by setting benchmarks and creating industry best practices.

Our Values will allow FFES to create equitable relationships between industry, environment, and reconciliation. Our values root from Call to Action #92 (NCTR.2022):

Build respectful relationships and provide informed consent: We believe in being accountable to each other, the Vision, our Partners, and the Public. We respect the needs, values, and traditions of our lands and waters, local communities, and cultures. We forge relationships based on mutual benefit and trust. Trust and accountability will be achieved by building relationships, being competent, transparent, and following through on our commitments.

Provide equitable access to jobs, training, and education opportunities and support sustainable benefits from economic development projects: FFES is a 100% Indigenously owned company. We foster respectful and mutually beneficial relationships that balance traditional ways, productivity, and financial benefit. We will provide an inclusive environment to facilitate growth through education and opportunities through our Center of Excellence. FFES will utilize the knowledge of our Elders along with modern tools. We hope to build a hub and network that will guide individuals through their journey to achieving a sustainable personal and professional lifestyle.

Provide Aboriginal Awareness Training to all people to promote cultural sensitivity: FFES recognizes the necessity of education on the history of our Aboriginal peoples and that we operate within a multicultural society. We believe it is essential to develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and values to foster positive and productive relationships. Cultural sensitivity is the willingness, ability, and compassion required to understand people with different backgrounds. Cultural awareness is the knowledge and acceptance of other cultural identities.
